　　产品采用标准：MT818. 矿用通信电缆规格型号，产品名称及作用MHYV(1×2矿用通信电缆：用途:本产品用于井下作电话通信焊线、配线和用户线路。使用条件:电缆使用环境温度为－40℃～+50；在25℃时湿度为95%；电缆敷设温度≥－10℃；电缆敷设时的弯曲半径MHYV≥10倍电缆外径，其余型号≥15倍电缆外径。

　　HYAC_索道电缆吊线采用加粗刚纹线的方法把电缆的拉力增加3吨以上，还可以把RVVP电源线加入电缆中做成复合电缆，经济实用，安装敷设方便。在-30~C-60~C的环境条件下，自承式电缆的机械和电气性能保持不变。

实时性的保证为保证实时性，要求轮询表包含每个从站号不能少于一次，这样在周期轮询时，每个从站在一个周期中至少有一次机会取得总线使用权，从而保证了每个站的基本实时性。对于实时性要求比较高的站，可以在轮询表中让其从机号多出现几次，这样就用静态的方式赋予该站较高的通信优先权。在有些主从总线中轮询表法与中断法结合使用，让紧急任务可以打断正常的周期轮询而插入，获得优先服务，这就是用动态赋予某项紧急任务以较高优先权。

　　本厂生产的射频电缆的结构是多种多样的，可以根据不同的方式和型式来分类。射频电缆按结构分类（1）同轴射频电缆同轴射频电缆是常用的结构型式。由于其内外导体处于同心位置，电磁能量局限在内外导体之间的介质内传播，因此具有衰减小，屏蔽性能高，使用频带宽及性能稳定等显著优点。

　　自承式电缆识别和长度标记：电缆外表面有性识别标记，标记间隔不大于1m，标记内容有：导线直径，线对数量，电缆型号，制造厂厂名代号及制造年份，长度标记以间隔不大于1m标记在表面上HYAT通信电缆用途：主要用于传输音频、150kHZ及以下的模拟信号2048kbit/s及以下的数字信号。

　　矿用控制电缆用途：执行企标标准Q/TX，本标准适用于煤矿用铜芯聚氯乙烯护套阻燃控制电缆。6、有屏蔽结构的软电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。在缆芯中和屏蔽层的内外表面用石油膏填充或浇注处理，以防止煤矿中水分侵入。
